And yet another first for me…making a roast chicken.

Surprisingly there wasn’t really much to it. Season it, some olive oil and herbs.

But the really great part is filling it. For those of you not in the know, I work in an endoscopy unit, where all you do all day long is put camera’s in people’s cavities, so I guess I was seriously in my element. I stuffed the chicken’s cavity with great gusto, with half a lemon, half an onion, bay leaves and rosemary. How did it all fit, you may ask. Well, how does a 3-foot scope fit up your pooper? You stuff it in, thats how! Carefully, of course, in both scenarios. The result is fruitful, to say the least. Once again, in both scenarios.
