I have been told more than once that I must start up a blog about my kitchen capers. This blog is not only about the food, but the messes I get myself into while making it. I am clumsy and have a knack for dropping things, and I am not meaning just cookie dough onto a baking sheet!

I am not a chef. My only qualification when it comes to food is an O level in home-economics. I just really like to cook and I really like to eat. And therefore Marie’s Cuisine exists.
